Weekend or occasional-use carts can typically stretch service intervals longer, often to twice a year, since they’re simply not accumulating hours as fast.
Seasonal carts — including anything on Long Island that sits through a real winter — need a service check both before storage and again before the season starts back up, regardless of how lightly they were used, since sitting unused brings its own set of issues.
What a Routine Service Visit Actually Covers
A typical service check includes battery testing and charging system inspection, brake function and adjustment, tire condition and pressure, steering and suspension components, and a general electrical check for corrosion or loose connections.
